Jaiz Takaful Insurance Limited was Incorporated in December 2013 as a Public Liability Company and Started Pursuing an Islamic Insurance License with the National Insurance Commission in late 2014. It has an Authorized share capital of Three hundred million naira. It was granted a no – objection notice ( otherwise known as a comfort letter) by the NAICOM in May 2016 and had Accordingly Satisfied all the Regulatory Requirements. Including the mandatory deposit with central bank and therefore received its operational license on 19 August 2016.
